Neoprene panels are used in the seat area and over the front of the thigh area to provide more comfort for extended periods of sitting, more stretch for a better fit and protection from cold water splashes. The high rear waist provides comfort and warmth when in a seated position. The AmScuD Sillago Performance Wear Pro provides SPF50+ for full sun protection. AmScuD Sillago’s performance range has been created with the help of competition athletes. The designs use Chill-Proof material for full protection from the elements, flexible compression material to allow for maximum maneuverability during intense sports and neoprene for stretch and comfort.
AmScuD Sillago Chill-Proof material is an aquatic specific, windproof 3-layer composite material that has been developed for water sports athletes. The comfortable micro fleece layer is next to the skin and wicks moisture and sweat away from the body to help keep you dry. The second middle technical layer is 100% windproof yet breathes to regulate body temperature while stopping wind chill. The third outer layer is a Nylon/Spandex blend for abrasion resistance and 4-way stretch. It is also UV resistant for sun protection and has a Durable Water Repellent Finish (DWR) to provide a protective shell that sheds water. AmScuD Sillago Chill-Proof is neutrally buoyant, anti-microbial, odor resistant, itch resistant and machine washable. The paddling short pants have a drawstring closure with barrel lock fastener, and are black in color.
